Easter 2009

On the Saturday before Easter my kids beg all day to color eggs. I like to save it for the evening to help calm them down. This year they did sandblasting on their eggs.




On Sunday morning they found all of their eggs and then we went to church. We all had some beautiful lessons. Austin and McCall were excited to tell us all that they learned about Christ's Resurrection.




After church the five of us spent a fun day together. We played games and watched movies.



We had a really good day, and I am thankful that our kids understand the true meaning of Easter!

    Your Easter was about like ours. I love the picture of the kids. Why do they grow so fast? I am also blessed that Connor picked up the meaning of Easter and it was more about that than the candy.
